Resilience and Personal Effectiveness (Longer Session)

A session for Cambridge University Engineering Dept staff keen to create a personal 'Road to Resilience'.

Resilience is becoming recognised as a defining characteristic of people who deal well with the stresses and strains of the modern workplace. Being able to persevere when things are challenging and having the capacity to recover when facing set backs is crucial in an academic environment. This half day workshop is suitable for anyone who is interested in creating a personal 'Road to Resilience' enhancing personal effectiveness and well-being.
