Welcome to the Engineering Diversity site

This website is the focal point for Department’s ‘Engineering Diversity’ initiative, which reflects our commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive working environment for all staff and students and to celebrating engineering as an exciting and diverse discipline. Engineering Diversity grew out of the ‘Women in Engineering’ initiative. Improving the experience of women in engineering remains one of our key aims but we hope that the new name will encourage more people to get involved.
