Inclusive Research Culture
Inclusive Research Culture
Research culture in Cambridge is ever-evolving, with some of the challenges faced being complex and multifaceted. Embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) into research culture and grant funding is essential to help address these challenges. By developing inclusive practices, removing barriers to participation, and enabling diverse voices in research, it can aim to create a more equitable environment to drive innovation and help researchers feel valued and supported.
The Department's Research Office can provide more help and assistance, and has provided some suggestions to support you with thinking about your research, group environment and/or proposal.
The University has supporting resources found at research culture and on its Research Culture SharePoint.
