EDI in Engineering

Reporting and Data

The Equality Act 2010, supplemented by the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) Regulations 2011, requires the University to publish:

  • Equality objectives, at least every four years.
  • Information to demonstrate their compliance with the equality duty, at least annually. This should include information relating to people who share a protected characteristic who are its employees and/or people affected by its policies and practices.

Data and reports play a crucial role in informing and advancing EDI initiatives and practices. They provide insight into representation, experiences, and outcomes across different groups, helping to identify areas for improvement and track progress over time.

For further University reports, please follow here. If you would like more details or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to engineering-diversity@eng.cam.ac.uk

If you would like a report featured on this page, please let us know. We’re happy to support and share relevant work.
