WOW - Women of the World is a festival of talks, debates, music, film, comedy, performance and conversations that celebrate the talents of women and girls from all walks of life and all parts of the world. WOW asks what obstacles exist that prevent women from realising their potential and debates how to make progress.
The festival is full of great stories from women and girls who are breaking the mould in science, enterprise, law, the arts, health, activism, education, politics, sport, fashion, finance and family life. There are platforms for women of all ages to have their say and men and boys who are trying to build gender equality at work and in the home. The events lead to unexpected discoveries through a combination of well-known speakers and those you’ve never heard of, who have achieved great things in their lives and communities.
