A Lunch & Learn session for Cambridge University Engineering Dept staff interested in finding out why negotiating and networking go hand in hand

Many of us think of negotiation as a formal process, perhaps when describing 'Big N" negotiations. There are, however, 'little n' negotiations that we encounter every day and which influence our relationships in the workplace. This one hour seminar is suitable for anyone who is interested in finding out why negotiation and networking go hand in hand. We will examine how building a robust internal network can support our ability to negotiate effectively, deliver objectives and meet deadlines.
