How to become a Senior Director in engineering?

27 years working in technical communication and training, lover of bread
baking, leader of a global team at Arm with 70+ people, enthusiastic
supporter of the hospice movement... Niki, Senior Director for Technical
Communications in ARM is here to share her journey in the Engineering
Industry with us to inspire us to follow success with our careers.

“Early in my career I made what I considered a bold move at the time,
and joined a small, independent British company where I had the chance
to set up a documentation services team from scratch...and today, I lead
a global team of 70+ people at ARM responsible for the creation and
delivery of technical content for all of ARM’s IP products. I’m
heavily involved in ARM’s digital and localization strategies as well
as our Diversity and Inclusion initiative and mentoring programme.”

Come to the first of our CUES inspirational talk series and hear about
how Niki has thrived in the engineering industry.
