This discussion paper, created by the Women in Manufacturing UK initiative with input from organisations across the UK’s eight key industrial sectors, highlights the importance of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the country’s Industrial Strategy and Sector Plans. Led by Jennifer Castañeda-Navarrete with contributions from experts in academia, industry, and professional bodies, it also presents examples of effective EDI initiatives.
